HIGH RISK SEX OFFENDER DOUGLAS BADGER IS IN OTAY MESA

Douglas Badger is out of Atascadero Mental Hospital and is now living in a trailer by Donavon’s State Prison in Otay Mesa, California.
This is the 2nd time a high risk sex offender has been released in this area. And, once again neighbors in the area are upset. And again we are faced with the horrible decision by the state and the shrinks in this state to release high risk sex offenders that they feel have been cured.
As everyone reading this blog knows — HIGH RISK SEX OFFENDERS CAN NOT BE CURED!
But that’s not stopping the head doctors from putting them in your town.
From today’s UT:
Authorities have said the site is far enough from homes and schools to ensure the safety of the community but allows Badger access to public transportation.
Kirsten Macintyre, a spokeswoman for the state Department of Mental Health, said in a telephone interview that Badger will be closely supervised by staffers from Liberty Healthcare, a private company hired by the state. In keeping with a judge’s order, Badger also will have an in-home health care worker with him 10 hours a day.
Badger also will be required to submit a schedule of appointments and other weekly plans to be approved by Liberty officials and wear a transmitter so that his whereabouts can be monitored by global positioning satellite.
“We know where he is 24 hours a day,” Macintyre said.
DOES THIS MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE ENOUGH?
Not me. He has access to public transportation. I know he’s monitored by GPS, but this still make me very uneasy.
And he’s just a hop, skip, and a jump from the US MEXICO border…where freedom awaits.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The only way to keep these monsters from re-offending or making your child their next victim is by changing California’s Civil Commitment standards. Currently we have a light version of civil commitment. It’s up to the shrinks as to who stays and who goes, and they think that monsters like Badger and Hedge can be cured.
Which begs the question…How sane are they?

God, save the children, our government and the ACLU sure won't. They have the idea that children are just collateral damage! God help, the child predator who picks on "my" grandchildren to harm, I will not ask the gorernment for help!
