RED FLAG: Maybe this has to do with Stablecoins and the GENIUS Act.

In the GENIUS Act, Stablecoins are connected with the Debt.
One Stablecoin = $1 ... But, it is a $1 of DEBT ...

Perhaps they are showing the DEBT decreasing because more Stablecoins are being issued ?!?!
