    Houseful !

Recently a homeowner rented his house to what I have counted to date at least 8 Mexicans who stand outside their door and leer at all the neighborhood women coming and going.

I have security cameras on my property and have viewed one of these guys actually stepping onto my property and looking over my fence.

You might as well stick a fork in me...because I am done with this crap. I have researched the property owners name and address...these mexicans cruise up and down the streets on bicycles and steal anything not nailed down...theft of property has increased 300%...

How do I get these guys out? I am leary of making noise on radar because if nothing is done, I set myself up as a target...has anyone here had any luck getting rid of this crap?

Its been my experience without going up to them and asking for a greencard, that 8 guys living in a 2/1 are never on the up and up..

    Start

Start with the town, informing them of possible violations that you have noticed or heard of...Maybe you can get the owner fined but you can at least bring it to the towns attention. Illegals will flee if they think they may be caught.

Contact Code Enforcement. Get a copy of housing code and check how many people, unrelated people may live in a home, how many vehicles, what type of activity is or is not permitted. If there is violation, code enforcement is supposed to act. Also, a fine can be issued and they would have to appear in court.

Tell your City Council member or County Commissioner what you are observing. Ask them to intervene. Alerting the City Council to undesired problems in neighborhoods can get codes changed. Contact your local representative too. They can help to get ICE action if needed.

WHO OWNS THE HOME? Does that person reside there or use this as a harbor for illegal labor?

See if you can find out where these individuals work. What business? Report the employer/employer for possible immigration violations if suspect.

From the street video or take pictures of the number of people for verification.

Do they drive (how many vehicles if so and license numbers, makes and models), or are they transported by van or other vehicle to job sites?

Alert other neighbors to the possibility that illegal aliens, fugitives from foreign nations, etc. may now be living in the neighborhood.

Use your security video to monitor activity to offer support of any suspicions.

Contact ICE once you have more information.

The attempts to learn to ride bicycles, peering and leering is often reported.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

if your neighborhood has homeowner covenants (rules you all have to follow), you may find that only a certain amount of people are allowed to live in the house at a time.

also, you may wanna do it the old fashioned way, and go door to door to get written statements of complaints by neighbors. maybe some of the women do feel threatened by the leers of the these men, but don't know where to turn. then once you get some names & addresses on a list, you can go to your local police station and see if you can file a complaint.
Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented worker" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensed pharmacist"........

also, if you get the correct contact information of the county or city zoning authorities, you should write that down (whether it be an address or telephone number) and give that to any neighbors who feel the same way you do. often when a complaint is filed with zoning authorities, it's brushed under the rug, so you really have to stay persistent and try to get as many people as possible to speak out and complain.

let us know how it all goes. we're all here for you!

Thanks so much I do appreciate your responses...

I was going to go to the homeowner first and ask nicely, but something tells me..he is going on the "warm body theory" when considering renters

    Thanks again for your help..

If your community does not have Quality of Life codes against >8 unrelated adult males living in one house, they need to get some. Take pictures and go every month to your commissioner's meeting armed with pictures and how your life is affected.

A rental house in my neighborhood had too many to count males moving in, and my neighbor made up this neighborhood association and put a note on their door that our association noted recent increase in crime, sorry we missed you, etc. and we will be back. We need to have a list of the cars and license plates that live and visit so we can call the police when a car is discovered not on the list in case it is a criminal because the neighborhood watch does tract all visitors. They moved out the next day! Genious. A nice family later moved in with only two cars. :P
