    What's the difference?

What is the difference between crying "FIRE" in a crowded building.....and "sale" in another?

I'm serious and my husband pointed that out to me tonight. How can you have an add for 2 really good sale items and that's different than falsley cring fire in a building? The only difference is who's fighting to get in and who's fighting to get out.

A fire is a matter of life and death for survival reasons. It's to be expected. Nobody wants to die per say. [in otherwords, a disaster]

A sale at a store is completely different. It's like comparing apples and oranges really. But I think I see what he's getting at. [what happenned at this store was a disaster waiting to happen. The unfortunate thing was that it did].
