Bush wants to send 12,000 more Iraq refugees to US this year, but most are having a hard time passing background checks .
Of course, refugees are entitled to all our entitlement programs and even get bumped ahead of poor Americans for section eight housing.

that's why being a citizen means nothing.

Dude ,it's called low-income housing. But, don't worry in no time, you and other taxi cab drivers can become slum lords.It's all good.
of course ,he has money for cigarettes and a cell phone on General Assistance in Washington State. He called Iraq on his phone.( when I took a taxi ride with a Somalian Refugee, he was getting calls from Somalia.)
I think he should be reported to Welfare Fraud for not reporting all his income, cause no one should have a cell phone and cigarette money on GA.
