Full service restored to 4,5,6 and 7 subway lines

The governor also said that about 80 percent of New York City's subway service has been restored, noting that the progress has been made less than a week since the superstorm hit.

Due to power restorations this morning, Cuomo and the MTA confirmed that full service has been restored to the 4,5,6 and 7 lines.
