Mubarak's Henchmen Attack CNN's Anderson Cooper

Goons supporting Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak attacked CNN reporter Anderson Cooper, who was punched in the head 10 times, although nobody was injured seriously, according to CNN. http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/bestof ... ew.hit.cnn

The incident took place today as renewed violence erupted between supporters of Mubarak, who announced Tuesday that he will not seek re-election, and protesters who want Mubarak to surrender his presidency now instead of waiting until September. The arrival of Mubarak strongmen to challenge the anti-government protesters appeared to be orchestrated from Mubarak’s camp.

Both sides hurled rocks and chunks of cement at each other, and several were injured.

Cooper described the attack on him and his crew during a report on “American Morning,â€
