    Eminent Domain

    If someone has a 30 year fixed loan, even though you are considered a home owner, the government knows that your only renting. The gov doesnt want private ownership of anything, clearly illustrated by that Canadian Oil Pipeline being allowed to take land via Eminent Domain in the Mid west
