I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

This has been my contention all along.

The only thing they are determined to do, it seems, is condemn and take land for the fence -

Immediately after the amnesty bill was defeated, some of these 'reluctant partriots' that were pushed into voting against it, suddenly became enlightened and the only solution to our illegal immigration problem was a fence - by George.

They knew at the time, they could flim-flam, misdirect, unfund this until after the election and by that time, it would be too late.

WE do need border security - for sure. Any politicians that speaks only of 'border security' and not stressing interior enforcement as part of the solution, either needs to rethink his/her policy - or is deliberately trying to see nothing is done about the problem. I think it is the latter.
