EL PASO -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced Friday it will award $4 billion in grants to more than 250 cities and counties, including El Paso, to purchase foreclosed homes and help low-income buyers, according to a report in the San Antonio Express-News.
Under HUD's new Neighborhood Stabilization Program, $125.3 million will be split by El Paso, Arlington, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Tarrant County, and the state of Texas.

In El Paso, the program will allow El Paso to purchase and rehabilitate foreclosed or abandoned properties. It also will allow the city to demolish blighted structures and redevelop demolished or vacant sites.

It will be ONLY illegal aliens who qualify.

All of those cities and counties awarded grants, will put it right in the hands of the very same organizations who do nothing BUT help illegal aliens.

Once again, American citizens need not apply.

This is just insanity! It's as if I'm being spit in the face because I've always been responsible with my finances. By having never lived beyond my means I'm DISQUALIFIED for this massive gov. GIVEAWAY!

That works out to $15 million per city, and with a big percentage of that money going to pay city employees, they will end up only buying about 50 houses each. What about the 10 million other houses being foreclosed on?
