As we reported yesterday Barack Obama has been quietly but persistently gathering around him a politburo of 'czars,' special advisors, 'officers,' and special counsel that is responsible only to him.

These persons are responsible for implementing and overseeing significant policy initiatives undertaken by the Obama administration--a task that is specifically reserved for Congress by the Constitution.

Who are these people, and why are they being appointed? Presidents have a Cabinet that is supposed to be responsible for these matters. So why does Obama need over 50 czars and advisors, in addition to Cabinet officials and Congress?

We have already established that the czars and officers are Leftwing extremists with wildly radical views that make even the likes of Nancy Pelosi look moderate. The FCC's new 'chief diversity officer' believes that the Communist revolution in Venezuela that brought Hugo Chavez to power is a good model for the United States. Another czar actually advocates for the concept that animals have the right to legal representation. And yet another is a self-avowed, self-described Communist who serves as the 'green energy czar.' His name is Van Jones.

As this Glenn Beck video shows, Jones has been involved with some of the most dangerous Marxist revolutionary causes in the country.

The fact that Barack Obama has formulated an inner circle of the most extreme radicals in the country bodes ill for citizens who value liberty and the Constitution.

I postulated a theory yesterday that maintains Obama is forming a 'shadow government' that could, at any moment, replace the Cabinet, Congress, and the Supreme Court. The sheer number of these shadow government officials strongly suggests that their presence in the White House is more than just a casual, friendly 'advisory' relationship with the President. Rather, the scenario that is developing indicates the attempt by an American President to pull an 'end-run' around the legislative and judicial branches of government.

As long as the Democrats control Congress these czars and other advisors will never rise to the forefront. Congress will rubber-stamp practically anything Obama wants to do, except for those instances where the citizens rise up in absolute rage against proposals such as the government takeover of healthcare.

But a storm is brewing.

Insiders say that the Democrats could sustain heavy losses in their reelection bids, possibly throwing control to the Republicans, at least in the House if not the Senate.

If this scenario proves to be true, Obama will no longer have a rubber-stamp Congress to do his bidding. This is where the shadow government comes into the picture. Obama could potentially use the czars and officers to by-pass Congress entirely and implement measures that fulfill his goals no matter what roadblocks Congress puts in his path.

But the midterm elections are still 15 months away, and much damage can be done in the meantime. We can rest assured that all of Obama's czars will be busy behind the scenes attempting to accomplish a complete transformation of America into the likeness of Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro.
It is vitally important that citizens continue to protest the Obama plan for the country with all their might and work tirelessly to defeat incumbents in 2010--changing Congress entirely. And the more overwhelming that vote and that opposition, the better. Nothing is more powerful than American citizens who are outraged--peasants with pitchforks and torches.

Here are the things to watch closely: bank failures and a commercial mortgage crisis, the Treasury and the Federal Reserve's underhanded monetizing of the debt and auctioning off the bonds, the FDIC's coming instability, censorship and the attempt of the FCC to silence certain conservative voices, Cap & Trade and the 'green initiative' (there are Marxist shenanigans there), any healthcare 'compromise,' and the continued assault on the CIA.
