    Banks have no inclination of either renegotiating loans, as that will prove their stupidity in the sub-prime and sub-sub-prime mess they have gleefully endorsed. Yes there needs to be some congressional hearings as these guys have taken the taxpayer money to enrich themselves, buying other banks and paying out bonuses to the top tier.
