    ======================================

    Ronald Reagan said "I didn't leave the Democrat Party, the Democrat Party left me."

    That was in 1962.

    For many years after that, the Republican Party touted itself as being the Conservative Party. But many of today's Conservatives are struggling to recognize those same values.

    Neither party seems to be able to produce a strong candidate that is able to win the confidence of the average American as in the past when these choices were much more obvious.

    The country seems to have lost it's way.
