Lagos — The 3D full-body scanners procured for thorough body check of passengers at the nation’s major airports for security reasons are now being abused by security officials from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), THISDAY can confirm.

They use the machines, installed in the wake of the Farouk AbdulMutallab affair, to watch the naked images of female passengers for fun.

The controversial body scanners have been dubbed “e-strippingâ€

This really sucks cause I haven't seen myself naked in 20yrs. I even shower in the dark! I love how one dumbass kid changes the lives of millions, thanks kid.

It totally sucks.

I'm going to visit Florida this winter but I am going to be driving. More loss to the Airline industry who have been irresponsible for not putting up vigorous opposition to these perverted practices. If they insist on acting like Nazis they can do it on their own dime. Alex Jones (yes, I know that alot of his stuff is not always accurate) had a call in from a woman who was asked to strip naked in front of the other passengers. She got them to back off when she convinced them that she had a communicable liver disease.

What a hell this country is turning into. Next they will "catch on" that people are driving more than flying and install highway check points with naked body scanners to catch motorists. Alot of new body scanner sales are being driven by Michael Chertoff who makes millions as a lobbyist for the new body-scanning (and porn) industry.

Disgusting. I have lost any and all desire to fly ever again. And this is coming from someone who used to co-pilot a private jet for George W's California campaign manager back in the 90's and logged in 100's of hours. I was literally on the fastrack to being an airline pilot. Luckily I decided to chuck it all and take a different path instead. I have no regrets either. I hate where the airline industry is going.

Interestingly enough, this Asian kid with the elaborate "old man" costume that boarded a plane is making huge waves with Homeland Insecurity. Personally, I flew for all over the world for over 25 years and can hardly stand airports anymore. Don't miss them one bit.

Screw it! If you have to fly, when you get up to the scanners just take all your clothes off except your shoes.I don't even need to worry about it because they turn the scanners off when I walk through. Hey! Hey!
