    yeah I've known about that. I've brought it up before, and was just told to shut up and pay my taxes, and that "tax protestors" need to pay like everyone else.

    Strange. After watching this video I went to http://www.givemeliberty.org/. There used to be all kinds of info on this type of thing but lo and behold the government has filed an injunction against them and they had to remove all of the material on the subject. The injunction can be found here http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org...ionAug2007.pdf and it pretty much says(as much as my feeble mind understands the legal mumbo jumbo) that the argument has been shot down numerous times.
