County’s supes approve pay raises for non-union employees

The Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to authorize a 2 percent raise for about 1,500 non-union San Diego County employees.

The raises, which take effect July 1, are intended to bring into line the pay of non-union county workers with their union colleagues in similar positions, according to county spokesman Michael Workman.
