    Bailout

    This gives Paulson dictator powers. He can bail anyone out in the world with our tax dollars. One of the Republican Congressman who is very angry about the bailout bill, said he asked and asked who would manage the assets and FINALLY was told they would be OUTSOURCED !!!!

    Interesting, very depressing and not very surprising. But where did you get this? Is there a link to some article?

    I could be wrong, but I believe that was Rep. Louie Gohmert from TX who was speaking on the floor before the vote took place. He was outraged saying that they were going to outsource the oversight of this 700B to the same people who got us into it in the first place.
