Now that is some good news. We need to ask our stores and markets to carry items from within the United States and made in the USA.

    Ephesians 4:32
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

They were supposed to mark meat and all products by country of origin some time ago as a part of NAFTA regulations. However, lobbyists for the faming, ranching, and grocery industries managed to stall these labels in the U.S. long after Mexico and Canada already had theirs. I read that the meat labels were resisted especially because they did not want U.S. consumers to know how much of their meat was coming from Mexico. A poster on another thread wrote that her supermarket now has meat labeled, "A product of either U.S.A., Canada, or Mexico". So, they have beat us again in the "international food shell game"! I believe mass contacting of congressional representatives is in order to change this so that we know specifically where all the food we buy comes from!

YES I REMEMBER READING THE POST ABOUT THE TRI COUNTRY LABELING. ANYTHING LABELED USA, CANADA OR MEXICO....IS ALMOST FOR SURE FROM MEXICO. OTHERWISE IT WOULD JUST BE LABELED CANADA OR USA AND THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. ITS THE MEXICO LABEL THAT WILL BE AVOIDED. AND THE "CANADA, USA, MEXICO" LABEL WILL SOON BE UNDERSTOOD TO MEAN MEXICO. ACTUALLY THE SUPERMARKET I WENT TO DID NOT HAVE THE MEAT LABELED. AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I NOTICED THAT THE VEGGIES WERE LABELED.
