    I just today talked to a local lender about a refi - 15 yr. fixed at 3.25% No Points! Closing costs will apply

    They also offer a 10 year IN-HOUSE at 3.49% with NO points or closing costs!

    If anyone is considering a purchase or re-fi NOW is the time.
