NDAA Public Law 112-81 censored from the public; Is this a Coverup?

One wonders why two to three months after Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (NDAA) into law a highly treasonous and Unconstitutional law, the Public Law for it under the Government Printing Office is nowhere to be found.
It has been discovered after conducting research on the now-public-law NDAA that after trying to read the certified(by the Superintendent) PDF or Text that it wasn’t found even after clicking on Government links on Thomas.loc.gov and gps.gov to get to the Public Law numbered 112-81. For some reason this law cannot be accessible anywhere which makes any sane investigator wonder what the Government Printing Office is trying to hide that they are not releasing the already public law of the Unconstitutional NDAA law of 2012.
Here’s what happened:
I went here: http://www.gps.gov/policy/legislation/lightsquared/#NDAA

Then I clicked on Public Law 112-81 to read the law in it’s entirety but then I was led to a ‘Content Unavailable’ page from the Government Printing Office.

So why can’t I access a public law that was passed by U.S. President Barack Obama around last year during News Years Eve, titled the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, and more then two months has passed giving the Government Printing Office plenty of time to digitally process and certify the law document in PDF???
I also like to add that the Public Law was linked on the Government Printing Office’s on website so why is the document not available?
Is the Government trying to hide something? Did somebody decided to secretly modify the NDAA to have more provisions without congressional approval? Why can’t I access the public law on GPO.gov?
Are they afraid since they passed a Unconstitutional law that they don’t want any written and certified evidence since this law can be taken to the Supreme Court to decide on whether it is Constitutional or not? Or are we now forced to obey a law that we cannot even read from the U.S. Government’s own websites?

So I decided to email the GPO to ask them why I can’t access the document to put my theories to rest but so far the GPO has not sent me any email even though I did sent them one around yesterday 10:00AM which would have given them 7 hours to give me an explanation as to why I cannot view the public law when public laws are suppose to be on public record.
So then I decided to try Thomas.loc.gov to see if I had any better luck and sure enough it says the NDAA bill became public law with two links to the final law text and PDF.
Thomas bill records and search at the Library of Congress

When you go on the page you will see the latest major action is that it has become public law with two links. One of the links is the text version of the public law and the other is a PDF with a certified security certificate from the Superintendent.

Like for example on here:
http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-112publ26/pdf/PLAW-112publ26.pdf
You notice on any other PDF from the Government Printing Office it is certified by the Superintendent then the certificate is issued by Virisign CA for Adobe CDS.

So I decided to click on both of those links and both were to the same page where the server claims the public law document is unavailable which I just don’t get when two different government websites link to the public law document and yet I cannot access it.
It’s time we get the alternative and even mainstream press involved to ask the Government Printing Office why they have not yet released Public Law 112-81 whenever there is references from Government websites that this document does indeed exists and has the file name of PLAW-112publ81.pdf.
Time to start calling and questioning the U.S. Government Printing Office as to why they are not releasing a public law when their philosophy right beside their logo states that it is “Keeping America Informed”.
