Democrats Jump Ship on Obamacare

I've been sick for the last week with the flu, but watching the news every night I can't help but laugh myself silly, seeing all the Democrat politicians who are ready to jump ship due to the failure of Obamacare.

You see, there are quite a few of them coming-up for re-election and they're scared stiff about the ramifications that the disastrous roll out of Obamacare will have on their political futures. Like the bunch of cockroaches that they are, they want to "hook up," as it were, with the winning side over this issue. Since it is obvious to one and all that the president has no intention of keeping his outlandish campaign promises regarding people being able to keep their Doctor and keep their current healthcare plan if they like it, some democrat lawmakers are ready to jump ship on Obamacare.

I guess they really should have read the bill before passing it, huh?

According to an Affordable Care Act timetable established by administration officials, early next October insurance companies will announce their new menu of health care plans for the ACA marketplaces -- plans that may be more varied and numerous than those offered this year, but that almost certainly will come with higher prices.

The likely price hikes will hit the individual and small-business insurance markets only weeks before Election Day on Nov. 4, 2014.

"What genius came up with that timetable?" asked one key Democrat, who declined to be quoted by name because he is involved in private White House talks.

Where was this critical thinking when they were crafting this bill? They wanted to shove it down our throats so badly, that nobody thought about what would happens after implementation, or maybe they didn't care.

Well, they sure as heck seem to "care" now, don't they? You bet your life they do, because their jobs, reputations and careers are all on the line now.
