A few in Congress want to revive Seller Funded Down Payment Assistance (S.F.D.P.A.) It has been proven that these programs inflate home prices and increase foreclosures. We the People must let Congress know the problems and stop subsidizing madness.

There is NOTHING wrong with requiring borrowers to sacrifice and save a minimal 3% if they want to be homeowners.
