Palin hints again at presidential aspirations: ‘The field is not yet set’
Former Alaska Gov. and newly minted documentary star Sarah Palin graces the cover of the most recent issue of Newsweek, and argues in the accompanying article that she could be a winning Republican candidate in the 2012 presidential race.
"I believe that I can win a national election," Palin told Newsweek's Peter Boyer. “The people of America are desperate for positive change, and deserving of positive change, to get us off of this wrong track. I’m not so egotistical as to believe that it has to be me, or it can only be me, to turn things around. But I do believe that I can win.â€Join our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & to secure US borders by joining our E-mail Alerts at http://eepurl.com/cktGTn

I hope she does not run. Number:
1. She is a dim bulb;
2. She is a quitter that did not finish her governorship of Alaska.
3. Sarah Palin is all about continually creating wealth for herself and her family. At best she would be a dumbed down version of Obama.
Due to her lack of intelligence, the pariahs of the world would easily finish us off.
If she actually won (God forbid) it would probably be 2 years at most before she resigned from her lack of knowledge and the reality that there is more to the job beside popularity and self promotion.
The idea that you actually need to work hard, be smart, focused and committed to something other than your personal bank balance, is not even a part of her reality.

Whatmattersmost I am neutral on Palin but I will come to her defense about resigning as Govenor of AK.
She took on some powerful AK. good ole boy corrupt Republicans and Oil Companies which were not paying Alaskans their royalties for the oil they were stealing from citizens.
They in turn were suing her repeatedly for really dumb stuff sorta like the ACLU just to harass/bankrupt her. Her attorney bills were getting so big and she did not have a lot of money so she could no longer pay them and was close to bankruptcy.
So I see her as being fearless to take on these powerful enities which she fought and won for the people of AK."A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson
