The Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande is helping the Hewlett-Packard Co. fill 48 positions for a new project.

Positions include applications services developer, customer project/program management, testing and software configuration management. Each vary in qualifications, but all require a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. In addition to the education, skills and experience assessment, HP conducts drug and background investigation screenings on candidates.

Applicants should register at www.workintexas.com then attend a hiring fair from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 24, or from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 25 at 6101 Gateway West, Suite 605. Résumés will be required. Applicants will be pre-screened at the entrance of the fair.
