China is a superpower. Whatever power they have over us is because of "moneymen" in NY and Washington/elites, making terrible policy for us Americans.

Lets not focus on those other countries who are just doing "business as usual", but rather - lets focus on our corrupt government that borrows billions a day from china, allows them to flood our market with unsafe toys and such... China is just doing what WE would do. Manipulate and get involved.

I think we need to not "ban" China, but perhaps start banning our government and speaking out against that.

This is what the government does and those who like to keep the "special agenda" going... they point fingers so that our angst is directed at other things than the real issue -- our CORRUPT and SPECIAL INTEREST CONTROLLED government.

Thanks for the info. We have several companies on boycotts (Walmart, Bank of America, McDonald's, etc) and my husband and I have just now decided to boycott any products made in Mexico or China. I went to Staples last night and bought a pack of Ticonderoga pencils, only to find out when I got home that they were made in Mexico

I am taking them back to Staples tomorrow and telling them exactly WHY I am bringing them back.

In the future, I'll be checking labels BEFORE spending my husband's hard-earned money on products.
