Thread: Obama`s mystery tax $250K or $125K? Here is the answer!

The confusion, I believe in Obama’s changing figure is, the $250K refers to a working couple’s annual income, while the $125K refers to a single person’s annual income, i.e. living in New York City as a single person and earning anything above $125K a year is a greedy person who needs to have their paycheck confiscated by Obama so he can spread their wealth around.

Having said that, Obama’s tax plan is really geared to class warfare statistics and buying votes. Let me explain.

Hard working people living in Harlem, some of whom work two and three jobs to meet their family’s needs, and earn a measly $18,982 to $66,394, even though Obama says they will get a tax cut, will still have their paychecks confiscated under Obama’s income tax, and, the proceeds of Obama’s tax upon these hard working people’s earned wages will be used to send a check to lazy people living in Harlem who work one job and enjoy the rest of the day sitting on the stoop drinking their Colt 45 and talking trash. This is fair? Sending lazy people a $500 check, or a $1000 check for lazy couples which is taxed away from hard working people living in Harlem who work two and three jobs to move up the ladder is fair?

Obama is a flim flam artist engaging in class warfare, and proposing to buy the votes of 43 percent of the 95 percent of the people he says will get a tax cut, and he will be buying their votes using money which is taxed away from those who may be working two and three jobs to feed their own family and put a roof over their own family’s heads.

Tell us Mr. Obama, why do you hate hard working people living in Harlem who make sacrifices by working two or three jobs to take care of their own family? Why do you think it’s fair to punish these people with a confiscatory tax upon their earned wages while rewarding lazy people with a check from government that has been taxed away from hard working people who make sacrifices to increase their household income?

Now, what is the solution?

What? How many people that are working two or three jobs will earn over $250,000 or even $125,000 a year?
With small businesses, those can avoid increased taxation, as any business, including Joe the Plumber have plenty of write-offs: depreciation of equipment, business costs like mail, phone, Internet, bonuses for employees (although I don't think the expense for pantyhose for the receptionist works any more.) Then there are expenses like paying for licensure, salaries, contributions to workmen's comp, etc. Yes, a small business needs an accountant these days, expense of which can also be written off as an expense.

Lazy people! How about people that have lost their jobs due to downsizing, bankruptcies of their companies, outsourcing, insourcing of (mostly illegal) labor that can't find a job?

You are trying to switch the subject to something entirely different than what I posted. I'm talking about specific circumstances as they apply to Obama's tax proposal, and the class warfare Obama is using to gain votes.
