Here are the Top 10 most ridiculous Common Core math problems we have seen so far:

1. No Math Necessary.

2. I Got the answer by talking with my brain.

3. No, the leftovers won’t fit!

4. Juanita wants to give bags of stickers to an unknown number of friends.

5. Does this move the learning forward?





6. Apparently the creators of this worksheet can’t count to 20.
7. Let’s make math even harder, for no apparent reason.

8. No one knows what the dots are for!

9. Student got this problem wrong for not using “friendly” numbers.

10. So complicated even a Electrical Engineer can’t figure out this problem.
