Tempers flare over Sonia Sotomayor -in Senate/rush job?

I thought this was a telling article. But I do want to see some tension going on -in so far as I DON'T want ANY candidate for the Supreme Court rushed through. Plus I do not believe in Obama's health plan. How can anyone rush through such a massive change in one summer...

We'll see what happens with the 2010 elections as well.

She is not qualified for jury duty let alone the Supreme Cou

Sonia Sotomayor, would not qualify to serve on jury duty because when answering the question, every juror is asked about being able to put aside their personal beliefs and agenda in favor of a reasoned and fair decision, if she answered truthfully, she would have to say "No", she can't put aside her prejudice. In all cases, she has demonstrated that she votes in favor of certain groups of Hispanics over all other races of people.

Sure sounds like the Democrats want the Republicans to sit down, shut up and take the partisan crap we are going to ram through. If I were the Republicans, I wouldn't back down, I would force them to open comments about their position. Let America hear their crazy Liberal nonsense statements.

Of the hundreds to thoushands of people that could be nominated for the Supreme Court, it's about time the Obama administration ditch the Sotomayor nomination. There are other people out there that don't have the baggage she does.
