    Mexico has a free public education, but parents must pay up to $600 for uniforms and books, he said. Because many Mexican parents can’t pay the fees, their children often miss school, he said.
    They don't want to pay for school, but have NO problem coming up with thousands to pay coyotes to sneak them into the US. It's not that they CAN'T pay, it's that they WON'T pay DUH!
