HARTFORD, Conn. - A Connecticut judge dismissed a lawsuit Monday that alleged election fraud and questioned whether Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama was qualified to appear on the ballot for Election Day.

State Supreme Court Chief Justice Chase T. Rogers dismissed the case after hearing testimony from the state and a Greenwich man who bought the action

Officials in Hawaii have said there's no doubt the Democratic presidential candidate was born there.
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal argued on behalf of Bysiewicz and the state.

"I'm delighted that the court has soundly and quickly rejected a baseless, bogus claim that's apparently part of a nationwide effort to confuse or derail the election," he said.

Obama leads Republican John McCain in Connecticut and in many national polls.

Actually, that's NOT what the HA officials have said. They simply said they do have a piece of paper in HA regarding Obama's birth, yet they never delved into whether that piece of paper says he was born in HA or not.

I don't know why anyone could support this traitor but I guess there gots to be someone that does. He wants to destroy coal that powers 50 percent of our energy needs in this country...Sad

Oh, I'm not so certain that Obama plans to "destroy" coal and the coal industry in this country MCB. Not the way he, supposedly, would see it anyway.

Rather, it's more like he plans to "redistribute the wealth" of the coal industry per his Kenyan loyalties.

Just on a hunch, after hearing his scheme, I did a little research on the coal industry in Kenya only to learn that....lo, behold, and what a coincidence....Kenya's coal industry is expected to take off in the not so distant future thanks to very large, previously untapped resources. This will put Kenya in a very lucrative position as a major exporter of coal.

Now, maybe I'm going out on a limb here BUT what better way to benefit Kenya.....and I'd almost bet his own family interests..... than by driving our coal industry out of business, therefore clearing the way for Kenya to become our major supplier?

Back in the 60's, his mother could have gave birth to him in Kenya and flown to Hawaii and got a certificate of birth from the State and it would have been legal. The long form, the one they are hiding, would state where he was born and what hospital, etc. You can bet your last dollar there in something incriminating about it or they would not go to such lengths to conceal it. This, to me, is criminal. WHY don't they just force him to cough it up? Obama is the most secretive candidate ever. Something different seems to crop up everyday and it's absurd for him to be allowed to conceal his birth certificate.

You don't need coal, if you don't have any coal plants and he said if anybody wanted to build a plant, it would bankrupt them to do so, referring to the cost of paying for "carbon credits" under this "cap and trade" program and the global warming hoax. THey are blithering idiots!!
