Gregg: U.S. Facing Fiscal Meltdown

The Republican President Barack Obama once nominated as commerce secretary said Sunday that the U.S. is on the brink of a fiscal meltdown that will give it “third-class status as a nation.â€

He's right but his solutions are weak. We're a debtor nation because of illegal immigration, excess legal immigration and free trade treason that's created more people in our country than jobs. When you have more people than jobs, you have more government spending on entitlements to avoid beggars and homeless people living on the streets, and it's a mathematical certainty that your country will go bankrupt like every other over-populated third world nation in the world.

It's a very simple formula:

Jobs Out (Free Trade Treason) + People In (Illegal Immigration) = Bankrupt Nation.

Duh. That's why the Republican Party has always, ALWAYS, supported strong immigration controls and protected trade policies. It's also why Republicans voted against the federal income tax and the federal reserve act in 1913.

The US has an $840 billion trade deficit with the world in manufactured goods when we need a trade surplus to support our standard of living, because our treasonous politicians abandoned our protected trade policies and sold out over 31 millions American Workers that adversely impacted over 100 million Americans. You can't impoverish 1/3 of our population and expect to be anything but a banana republic with everyone scraping for crumbs with their hands out to the US government to stay alive.

It's a disaster of numbing monumental historical proportions.
