    Schiff has always emphasized the growth of service jobs and loss of manufacturing jobs as central to our economic troubles, as that tends to affect our balance of payments. And guess what jobs, if any, Obama's policies have made so far. With all of his paybacks to his cronies the service sector has been posting some gains---but that gives us little to export.
