    Brian's avatar

Thought I'd change the subject for a second...

Has anyone really LOOKED at Brian's avatar?

I didn't notice it at first.

Besides the obvious pandering to the 'Hispanic' vote,

and the suggestion of extreme happiness in the word VIVA,

which even to a backwards redneck like myself translates into 'BIG PARTY AT JOE'S!!' :P

The thing that finally sank in today was the Mexican flag is ON TOP OF OURS!

Isn't there a law or two about how Old Glory is displayed?

Just another example of the subtleness of Rove and Co.

This country is being destroyed from the inside out.

What's that? That IS the subject? Sorry, I'll shut up now.

The way I look at it both yours and my avatar are saying the same thing about Bush in different ways. Bush puts Mexico's interest above his own country. The avatar is pure satire of his administration. Here is a link to see where it came from and the thread it originated from many months ago.

Yeah, they do say the same thing, that's for sure!

BTW, I did e-mail those folks at repulicanstuff, but they never answered. I guess I was a little ROUGH!

It was a lot funnier when I typed it.

Well, since you brought up the subject, I find both avatars repulsive.

I have to admit that I find the one of Bush giving me the finger a little more repuslive because it is such a lewd gesture.

Brian's avatar would be welcomed on LaRaza's site and PinestrawGuys' fits right in with the GOPUSA crowd's attitude toward the rest of America. LOL

Now, you want to pick on my Polish Chihuahua who's an international traveler? LOL

I don't care. I had a cool Bob Welch album cover for an avatar from the 70's and the mods pulled it. Oh well.

I'll just have to put Tom Tancredo back up.

    Pinestraw,

You got it. That's why Brian chose this avatar, because it illustrates the complete recklessness of the Bush admin with our nation.

BTW, anyone catch that Bush quote from today or yesterday where he says "My Government"?
