    MEXICO CITY – A Mexican drug baron in prison in the United States threw a party with presents and clowns for 500 poor children back home despite a government crackdown on warring cartels.

    Drug smugglers are viewed as folk heroes in some poor parts of northern Mexico, where songs romanticizing their exploits top music charts.

    Same thing some Ethic groups did in the bronx's back in the old days . They Worshiped the local Wise-Guy . The Higher up the chain of command the more Worship . It's the truth . Just the way some parts of the countrys are . people learn quick to survive
