Did You Know 615 Unconstitutional Gun Laws Were Proposed


Concerned Citizen,

Did you know that in 2013 alone, 615 unconstitutional gun laws have been proposed and some have already passed?

The Obama Administration and their anti-gun cronies want our guns! Here is a list of some radical anti-gun bills that have been proposed across the nation this year:


  • Feinstein 'Assault Weapons Ban' attacking hundreds of our semi-automatic guns used for self-defense, hunting, and sport.
  • Magazine capacity limitations limiting them anywhere from 7 to 15 rounds.
  • Surrender your 'assault weapon', render it unoperable, or face a felony charge
  • 5 cent bullet tax for every bullet purchased.
  • Additional tax of $25 for every firearm purchase.
  • Ammo purchasers would have to wait 3 days to pick up ammo unless they complete an anger management course.
  • Allow doctors to ask you about guns in your home.


Lawmakers are proposing anything and everything to get rid of our guns. We need to let them know this is not going to happen.


Right now Congress is on a two week spring break vacation. They might be relaxing or on vacation but we will not stop fighting for our right to bear arms. That is why this fax to the Senate will be going to the Senator's home offices rather than their office at work.

When Congress gets back in session gun control will be at the top of the agenda. There is a large gun control bill that will be voted on in April by the Senate. Also, Feinstein's semi-auto gun ban is expected to be voted on as an amendment.

If we continue to pressure Congress, even at their homes when they are on vacation, they will know where this country stands. They will know we do not want additional gun control at any level. They will know we do not want our constitution and Second Amendment tampered with.




We may very well hold the leverage with the U.S Senate. They estimate there are anywhere from 200 to 300 million guns in these United States. They estimate there are anywhere from 80 to 150 million gun owners in these United States. Who knows what the actual numbers are because we all know gun owners do not want their information to be on record.

The hundreds of millions of gun owners are the ones that vote these Senators into office. In 2014 there will be one of the most important elections in recent history; not for President, but the Republicans may be able to take control of the Senate giving them control in both the Senate and House of Representatives. This is exactly what Obama and his radical anti-gun cronies do not want in his last term.

Currently there are Senate democrats holding seats in rural states, states that favor guns and our Second Amendment. These Senators do not want a list of gun control votes on their record before their 2014 re-elections. If they reject all gun control proposals we win, if they vote yes to all of these anti-gun bills we will publically display their record and not vote them back into office...their choice.

How To Stop The Gun-Grabbers In Their Tracks

FIRST: By distributing surveys and letters like this we can help create massive public awareness of the problems gun owners face and get people involved in our projects.
Our survey results will play a key role in establishing the evidence to show that the American public wants to defend the right to keep and bear arms from attackers like Obama.
SECOND: We will flood the offices of Congress with faxes urging ALL Senators to vote NO to all of the coming anti-gun anti-Second Amendment proposed gun control. We elected Congress to uphold the Constitution. We must hold them accountable.





Anti- Gun Groups Gear Up To Pass Gun Ban

Right now, groups like the Brady Gun Control Center are raking in millions of dollars. In 2008, the Brady Center received $2,544,379 in donations! Mayor Bloomberg alone has launched a 12 million dollar campaign attacking guns and pushing for all out gun control.

These groups are dipping into their enormous bank accounts and running anti-gun commercials, newspaper, internet website and magazine ads, and are appearing on radio talk shows.

Today, with Barack Obama in his last term, the anti-gun agenda is one of the best funded operations I have ever seen. The anti-gun extremists are quickly building up their army.

I've been actively involved in this fight for over thirty years. But, without your help, and the help of other concerned citizens there is little that I can do.
