    The United States Marshal for the Western District of Texas arrested a man wanted for a bond violation, said officials.
    According to officials, Jose Luis Baeza, wanted in Pecos since 1998, was arrested at his home in Socorro.

    In 1997, Baeza was arrested with more than 900 pounds of marijuana in Alpine, the Marshals Service detailed.

    Officials added, Baeza was released on bond and fled to Mexico. He returned to the U.S. where he has worked as a day laborer for the past ten years, said officials.

    And I bet he failed to pay taxes and lived off welfare.
