Court: Franken won most votes; Coleman to appeal
Court: Franken won most votes; Coleman to appeal
A Minnesota court has confirmed that Democrat Al Franken won the most votes in his 2008 Senate race against Republican incumbent Norm Coleman, the Associated Press reports.
But, as the saying goes, it ain't over til it's over. Coleman already had said he would appeal such a decision to the state Supreme Court. He has 10 days to file.
Franken stands 312 votes ahead, having gained 87 votes after a recount of absentee ballots that resulted from Coleman's legal challenge.

And how much of that margin of victory is Motor Voter fraud?
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
