I wouldn't give the article the time of day EXCEPT THAT the author identified himself by his real name and real job. Could it just be disinformation put out on the web to trick people into thinking Rapacki is a snake oil salesman? Sure. It's possible. But before we go calling him a "Dr." are we sure he really has a Ph.D.? The old article challenges his claim to even having a Master's degree.
It's always beneficial to have those who might seem to be "allies" given a closer look by a Devil's Advocate type. :evil:

I don't know if Lyle J. Rapacki is legitimate, or if the Satanists have "changed" and now tell the truth. I would be inclined to believe that Lyle J. Rapacki is legitimate.
For certain, Infragard is a legitimate program of the FBI.
But is Dr. Rapacki an agent of the FBI? Of InfraGard? Of a company participating in the InfraGard program? Of a private company called Protective Services? Where is it?
What is this particular Protective Services? "Protective Services" is usually a generic term for a division or section within numerous government agencies. Is there such a private company, besides a small shop called PROtective Services?

How can you testify around the facts, circumvent the truth, and give the impression that Barack Obama's published (altered) Certification of Live Birth is valid, which he has presented as proof of Hawaiian birth? By not addressing that invalid online Certification, it is plain that you are aiding and abetting Mr. Obama in this deception of the American people. You will have to give an account for why you did not call in the Feds to investigate an impostor presidential candidate lacking bona fides. On that day, you will not be able to hide behind state privacy regulations. You must report fraud.
Why would he pay three law firms several hundreds of thousands of dollars to avoid showing the $10 vault Certificate of Live Birth that shows the name and address of the hospital, and the signatures of the mother (or father), the delivering physician, and the State Registrar of Vital Records? If he has nothing to hide, why is he spending a fortune to hide it?
When there is treason and subversion of the nation underway, why would you hide behind privacy regulations instead of calling in the FBI or U.S. Attorney and Special Counsel Patrick J. Fitzgerald?
Where is Mr. Obama's original birth document? Kenya, perhaps?

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. – She's the fierce blond attorney behind Obama eligibility lawsuits, a successful dentist with two offices, a second-degree black belt and a mother of three boys who speaks five languages.
Dr. Orly Taitz, a woman with a vibrant smile and an ebullient personality, has not always enjoyed an independent life filled with promise and ambition. She was born and raised in Kishinev (also spelled Chisinau), the capital of the Republic of Moldova, a country in Eastern Europe that was formerly part of the Soviet Union.
Drawing on her experiences under a communist regime, she told WND she is determined to do her part to stop America from following in the all-too-familiar footsteps of her former homeland.
Life under communism
She described her life in a communist nation: Markets were bare, people had no desire to work and the government forced young children into slave labor.
"We'd stop at the store, and the food stores were empty," she said. "I remember we had to stand in lines for hours in the cold. We were in a bus, going home and suddenly we'd see a line. We wouldn't even know what they were selling, but we knew something would be there – some food. We'd stand for two hours to buy maybe a pound of salami or a half a pound of butter."
As a young child, Taitz asked her father why the market shelves were empty.
"In America, they have everything," he would tell her. "The stores are full."
Her father explained that Americans were interested in working and received paychecks based on their productivity. However, in the Soviet Union, farmers were part of a socialist system of collective farming and were compensated equally – regardless of output.
He told her, "If a farmer is bright and hard working, at the end of the month, he will get 100 rubles. And if the farmer is a lazy bum and he does nothing, he gets the same 100 rubles."
Taitz told WND, "People had absolutely no incentive to do anything. They had no incentive to work. The best doctors were getting maybe 150 rubles. That's why the standards for medicine were so low."

Youth camps and slave labor
She said that, much like President Obama's proposed brigade of youth organizers, the Soviet Union used children for slave labor.
"They would put us on trucks, and we would go to the countryside," she said. "We were told to go and pick tomatoes."
Parents were not allowed to homeschool their children. They were forced to enroll them in government schools. From the age of 6, all children were required to become young communists.
"You had to send your child to school, and your child had to be a member of the young communists," Taitz said. "There were no children who were not members. You had to do it. If you were one of the best, you become a member of the Communist Party. It was constant brainwashing."
She continued, "There was no choice, and people resented that. They were scared to speak up."
Most children were sent to communist youth camps, but Taitz' parents wouldn't allow her to go. Instead, they gave her stacks of math, physics and chemistry textbooks to study while her friends were away at camps.
"My parents didn't want me to be in those camps and be subjected to communist brainwashing," she said. "They wanted me to think for myself. I learned to read by myself, and my parents sent me to competitions in math, physics, chemistry and biology. I would sit and work with pages of problems, and I loved to compete."
An empty existence
Practice of religion was restricted in the Soviet Union. Churches were closed and repurposed as museums of art.
"You had to be an atheist," Taitz said. "No one could go and pray. You weren't allowed to mention any religion. A lot of priests, ministers and rabbis were sent to Siberia, so people were scared. They didn't celebrate any religious holidays; they just didn't exist."
She said alcohol abuse was rampant and caused the destruction of many lives.
"One of the reasons they had such a serious problem with alcoholism was because there was nothing in people's lives. There was no God, no religion, no choice. You had to conform and comply."
During her years living in the Soviet Union, Taitz said friends would constantly talk about finding ways to break away from the system.
"They would tell me, 'This person was very inventive and built a hot-air balloon to get out from East Germany to West Germany, or somebody was able to swim across the border,'" she said. "There were always stories about how people escaped the regime."
With only one TV station in Kishinev, Taitz said reporters spewed communist propaganda.
Escaping a totalitarian regime
In 1981, when she was 21, her uncle managed to escape to Israel. He sent her family papers that allowed them to join him there due to their familial relationship.
When Taitz arrived in Israel, she was stunned to discover a free-market society with full stores. In the Soviet Union, there were no fruits or vegetables in the winter. Her family survived on canned foods, bread and pierogis, or dumplings stuffed with various ingredients such as cheese and potatoes.
"I remember when a lady who came to Israel from the Soviet Union went to the store and asked, 'When will we have tomatoes?' She was thinking, maybe March or April," Taitz said.
"The clerk looked at her and said, 'Probably in an hour.'"
For a woman who had lived under a communist regime her whole life, freedom was a new concept she had only imagined after listening to her father's stories.
"It was a completely different feeling, a free feeling," she said. "There were political parties, and you got to choose whichever one you wanted. In the Soviet Union, there was only one."
She lived in Israel for several years and attended the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Taitz met her future husband, a man living in California who visited his family while she was a practicing dentist in Israel in 1987. Only a couple of months after their introduction, he proposed marriage, and she accepted. Her father was reluctant to let his daughter go, but he eventually relented.
"I was scared. Coming to the U.S. was a big step," she said. "I went to a new country and married a person I hardly knew. I was very scared. So, I came, and right away we drove to Las Vegas."
Still jet lagged from her flight, Taitz was nearly falling asleep as she arrived at a chapel in the center of the Las Vegas strip.
"We paid to have a limo driver act as our witness, and the minister married us," she said. "We got some pictures and sent them to my parents to let them know I wasn't living in sin."
Dentist, lawyer, broker and mother
Because Taitz had foreign dental training, she was required to take dental board exams to practice in the United States. When she took one of her last tests, she was pregnant with her first son.
"I was seven months pregnant with a big belly," she said. "It was pretty tough."
Taitz passed the dental boards, and her practice grew substantially. She now has two separate dental offices in Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif. Two dentists work in Taitz' offices each week to assist patients.
With a successful practice and a growing family, Taitz decided to enroll in law school at William Howard Taft University. She took distance courses and studied from home in the evenings.
"I just got books and tapes and studied until I passed the exams," she said. "I passed the California bar, and it is said to be one of the more difficult ones in the nation. When I passed, there was only a 50 percent passing rate."
With three young sons, Taitz volunteered at her children's school every Tuesday for 10 years and reserved evenings and weekends for her family.
When her sons enrolled in Taekwondo classes, she eagerly joined them – earning her own second-degree black belt.
With a strong desire to see the world, Taitz has traveled to 40 countries. In addition to English, she speaks Russian, Romanian, Hebrew and Spanish and has a strong understanding of German because her grandparents spoke the language.
When she sold her California home, Taitz also earned her real estate broker's license to save on commission from the sale. She said she plans to renew it when the eligibility lawsuits have been resolved.
Obama eligibility lawsuits
During the recent election campaigns, Taitz paid close attention and grew concerned when stories about President Obama's birth simply didn't add up. She followed Philip Berg's eligibility lawsuit and several other similar complaints across the nation.
On Oct 25, 2008, she sent an e-mail to Debra Bowen, secretary of state of California, urging her to verify Obama's citizenship status before the elections.
"I wrote, 'I'm an attorney in Southern California, and I am greatly concerned about Barack Obama's eligibility,'" she said.
Taitz told Bowen she believed Obama did not have a legitimate, long-form birth certificate proving that he was born in Hawaii. She argued that if a candidate lacked proper documentation of meeting the natural-born citizen requirement, that candidate should be declared ineligible to run.
"She wrote back that there was no requirement for her to check eligibility," Taitz said. "I asked for a hearing, and I received a letter from her attorney that we would have one. But they lied and never scheduled one. It was appalling that the secretary of state was negligent, reckless, and didn't check eligibility."
Frustrated with the response she received from Bowen's office, Taitz began writing letters to every newspaper she could find. In her letters, she explained why she believed Obama was not eligible and described flaws in the vetting process.
"I wrote that Obama is not eligible to be president and that next time around, we can have Osama bin Laden on our ballots if the only thing one needs to do is write, 'I am eligible,'" she said.
After she wrote the letters, a woman contacted her at her dental office and invited her to a meeting of 200 people in Garden Grove, Calif., to discuss illegal immigration and various political issues. She attended the meeting and met Pastor Wiley Drake, radio host of "Wiley Drake in Buena Park" and vice presidential candidate for America's Independent Party.
Drake complimented Taitz on her speech and asked her to join him on his radio show. When she agreed, he asked how he could help her pursue the eligibility case.
"I said, 'From what I understand, Berg's case was not heard on the merits because they stated that he doesn't have good standing as an ordinary citizen. You are a vice presidential candidate for America's Independent Party. If you agree to be a plaintiff, we will do well."
He said, "Let's do it."
Alan Keyes, the party's nominee for president, agreed to join the lawsuit as a plaintiff. Chairman Markham Robinson added his name and brought another attorney, Gary Kreep, on board. They filed a writ of mandamus in Sacramento on behalf of Keyes, Robinson and Drake and requested that California's electors be barred from signing the Certificate of Vote until documentary proof of Obama's citizenship was produced.
As WND reported, the California court ruled that Bowen "has no 'ministerial duty' to demand detailed proof of citizenship from presidential candidates."
"I decided I couldn't change the pleadings in Alan Keyes' case, but I could file another lawsuit," she said. "So, I got seven plaintiffs and I drove to Los Angeles and filed a case there. By that time, I had a lot of supporters. A lot of people were writing to me, but I asked them to write the Supreme Court of California."
Taking her case to Supreme Court
She said with no explanation, the court denied her lawsuit.
"I could not understand why in the world they denied it," she said. "So I decided to go straight to the U.S. Supreme Court. On Dec. 11, I flew to Washington and filed the case the next day – the last working day before the meeting of the Electoral College."
Originally, she filed with Justice Anthony Kennedy, and he denied it. She resubmitted it to Chief Justice John Roberts, and he distributed it for conference.
"On the Jan. 20, the case was on the docket, and everybody could see it," Taitz said. "Then, right after the inauguration, on Jan. 21, it disappeared. It was as if somebody was trying to please Obama by erasing the docket."
Taitz has stepped up her fight, approaching Justice Antonin Scalia during his appearance in Los Angeles and hand- delivering documents to Chief Justice John Roberts at his appearance at the University of Idaho. She also presented Roberts with the WND petition, consisting of 3,300 pages of names – more than 325,000 at the time – of people demanding the Supreme Court hear the Obama eligibility case.
Taitz' latest challenge to Obama's eligibility is a Quo Warranto case submitted to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, a legal standard that essentially allows citizens to demand on what grounds someone in authority exercises power.
She has 10 state representatives and about 130 members of the U.S. military signed on as plaintiffs in the action.
Reliving communism
"It is interesting that when we go to court challenging Obama's eligibility, I experience such a déjÃ* vu, like I am in the communist Soviet Union again," Taitz said. "I feel, my God, I am back in a totalitarian regime. I'm shocked by the total and complete idiocy of those judges who come up with such idiotic excuses about why they refuse to sign a subpoena – something so basic to their jobs – to get his records."
Asked what motivates her continue fighting the eligibility battle, Taitz replied, "I feel that this man is arrogantly spitting in the face of each and every American citizen. I feel like he has just spit in my face. I take it personally that he is trampling on our Constitution and on our laws."
She continued, "Having the experience that I had in the Soviet Union – seeing lack of freedom, lack of a system of justice, lack of judicial integrity, lack of press with integrity, an economic system in shambles – when I saw all that, I began fighting."
Taitz said mainstream media in the United States are becoming much like the Soviet Union press, because they do not provide truthful information about Obama and have pushed for his socialist society. She offered a suggestion for dealing with "detached" and "ignorant" reporters who advocate such a system.
"I would put all of them in one airplane – Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, Anderson Cooper, Katie Couric, Charles Gibson, all of them. I would load a plane with 500 reporters and send them to some village in Siberia or some village in China or Mongolia or Korea or Cuba, and tell them, 'Why don't you survive there for a year,'" she said.
"I guarantee you, after a year they will come here and they'll be to the right of Rush Limbaugh. They'll think Rush Limbaugh is a communist."
Taking a stand
Taitz said if Obama is found to be ineligible, he must be unseated and tried for crimes he committed against citizens of the United States.
"The whole election would be annulled, and all of the laws signed by Obama would be null and void," she said with conviction. "In that case, somebody like Vice President Joe Biden must become president pro tempore for two or three months until we are able to organize a new election."
In Hebrew, "Orly" means "light" – and that's just what Taitz hopes to be for others who are willing to demand proof of Obama's eligibility and take a stand against his socialist plans for the nation.
Drawing on her early life experiences, Taitz issued a word of warning for Americans:
"The worst thing you can ever do is be scared in the face of evil," she said. "Never be too scared to stand tall and speak up."

Proceedings could possibly be brought that Mr. Obama is in the U.S. illegally after assuming his Indonesian citizenship and identity as Barry Soetoro in 1981 in order to travel to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.
It would be up to him to prove that he is in the U.S. legitimately.
It would be up to the judge to subpoena his passport and citizenship documents.

I think it would take a really brave judge (maybe one from Texas) to confront this usurper POTUS about any of his credentials. I have never seen a president so protected or so determined to hide his personal background, but then again, we haven't seen a president raised by Chicago politics in recent memory either.
May this never happen again. America deserves the best of the best, not the worst of the worst.

A few observations and suggestions
I may have made some of these comments and suggestions before, and I hope they are worth repeating.
I am an older guy, have almost completed raising five children, run a small business, and am back in college full time for another degree (finance degree - already have a business degree). Going back to college has been a delightful experience for me, because it allows me to look at various subjects with my accumulated worldly experience, and I'm now able to integrate college topics with my own real world experience. Great fun. Makes me very involved in class, and surprisingly, most professors like the interaction, in spite of the fact I often disagree with them, or at a minimum, ask them challenging questions (it’s part of my improve my professor program).
Currently I am taking an economics course entitled "The U.S. and The World Economy" and find it very timely because of the events going on around all of us at this time. A few observations about the world we live in:
1. The USA has been operating under constitutional and financial disadvantages since the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1910 during a very secretive meeting at Jekyll Island (a private resort located off the SE coast of Georgia). This was a very real banking conspiracy, and it was the beginning of our downfall as an independent nation.
2. The international bankers and financial capitalists have become incredibly strong and powerful during the last 100 years, and basically control every nation that 'free trade' allows them to get into. National governments invariably roll over for the 'Washington Consensus' (really a joint effort between Washington and Wall Street) style of national finance. Too bad, because this approach to finance has wreaked havoc on many nations at one time or another, including the United States.
3. The banking and financial regime's use of the 'Rentier Welfare State Economics' assures that concerns for the wealthy are placed above all other economic interests - including national interests. Money is shifting from the producing nation’s populations to the relatively few folks at the top of the financial food chain (George Soros is one of the billionaire financial speculators whose name you might recognize).
4. Political leaders are largely impotent in their efforts to control the financial community, who are always seeking higher and higher profits from their control of international businesses and nations. So, in this respect, political parties are irrelevant as long as a nation’s control is outside of the elected leader’s hands. We citizens sit, and we fuss over various topics, and then we vote. And nothing changes, because our votes didn’t count. We no longer run our own country. The bankers do. Because our elected officials let them.
5. In some respects, Japan has, since WW II, and with one exception I am aware of, been able to protect its economy by establishing fences around its national interests. Growing economies like Japan are also better able to accumulate and save money than economies that are slowing down (like the USA as we have experienced during the last fifty years).
6. We feel out of control because we have subcontracted all of our nation’s responsibilities to our elected officials - we thought they knew what they were doing and that they were acting in our best interests. Big mistake - they don’t and they aren’t.
So, let’s summarize where we are to this point:
- Our nation broke away from a constitutional government 100 years ago.
- Our break-away created a huge financial monopoly in the hands of a small number of banks where all of our productive energies and financial wealth is being absorbed.
- Our political parties are impotent to do anything about the problems and are, in fact, complicit in the lawlessness and conspiracy.
- We’ve elected our first socialist president – a usurper to boot.
- We feel our lives are no longer under our own control (that’s a good sign that we are still alive and still thinking, because it is an accurate observation on our part).
- We are struggling with how to get our nation’s control back to operating under the law and under our control, because we understand that we have a fouled system, and the system just doesn’t work for us anymore.
That about sum it up?
So, what to do? Here are a few suggestions, and this is where I may be redundant with some of my earlier comments.
1. We’ve tolerated unlawful behavior from our elected officials for too long, but we can’t do anything about it if we are ignorant of the law. We need to educate ourselves in many subjects, including finance, economics, law, American history. This must be an individual effort because our government schools will NOT teach us this material. Our government wants us to be ignorant and compliant. Know why Orly Taitz is so appealing to us? She educated herself and then stood on her own two feet and said “Enough! Obey the law!â€

I dared bring Barack Obama into court to force him to produce his birth certificate and put an end to the controversy over his status as a "natural born" citizenship once and for all. Merely because we dare to seek the truth!
And they must have something to hide, because Mr. Obama's attorneys have threatened to spend, and then sanction, USJF out of existence.
USJF has started efforts to convince State Attorneys General, all across the country, to investigate whether Barack Obama has committed perjury by knowingly filing false nomination papers ... claiming to be constitutionally eligible to run for, and serve as, President of the United States. As you know, the available evidence shows that he was born in Africa. A FAX to all 50 State Attorneys General is available for you to send right now.
You see, even though it's past January 20, 2009 -- inauguration day -- Barack Obama can still be stopped from becoming an illegal "squatter" in the White House.
Frankly, the evidence that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Africa -- not Hawaii as he claims - and, therefore, cannot serve as the President of the United States, is compelling.
First, Mr. Obama's refusal to release his birth certificate. If he has nothing to hide, what does he gain by refusing to allow the press to see the birth certificate?
Second, the contention by Barack Obama's half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, that Mr. Obama was born in a particular Hawaiian hospital, only to claim that it was in a different hospital several years later.
Third, the erecting of a wall around Barack Obama's grandmother, the late Madelyn Dunham, by Mr. Obama, thus cutting off access to the one person then alive who would have been present if he was actually born in Hawaii.
Fourth, the posting of law enforcement personnel at the two hospitals in Honolulu mentioned by Ms. Soetoro-Ng in an effort to block the press from discovering the truth about the birth certificate.
Fifth, a taped phone conversation with Mr. Obama's step-grandmother in Kenya, who claims that she was present at his birth ... in what is now called Kenya!
Sixth, the "birth certificate" posted on the Obama campaign website and other liberal websites. Since Barack Obama was born in 1961, long before laser printers and office computers, his original birth certificate would be typewritten ... unlike the laser printed "copy" purported to be genuine.
The evidence demands that Barack Obama answer why he has been hiding the truth from the American people about his eligibility to run for, and serve as, President!
That's right. Not only does Mr. Obama continue to categorically refuse to produce the decisive evidence proving whether he is a "natural born" citizen, his high-priced LA-based "dream team" of attorneys has USJF squarely in its crosshairs! And they're loading both barrels!
So, unless you help me and my team here at USJF to stand our ground in court, Mr. Obama's hired guns could blow a financial hole in USJF's ability to be the proverbial thorn in Mr. Obama's side!
Barack Obama continues to battle any attempt to see his real birth certificate - producing only a phony one posted on his website -- as well as fighting us tooth and nail as we seek access to his college records... records which we believe may prove that he was foreign born!
USJF served a subpoena upon Occidental College to gain access to Mr. Obama's college records and we are fighting to get at the truth on many other fronts, as well, including:
Appealing a case filed by USJF in California, all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, if necessary, on behalf of 2008 Presidential candidate Alan Keyes, calling into question Mr. Obama's status as a "natural born" citizen;
Funding, and assisting local attorneys and Plaintiffs, in similar lawsuits, in Ohio, Hawaii, and Mississippi, AND we're considering filing more lawsuits in other states; and
We have initiated a campaign demanding that your State Attorney General take action now, which I'll tell you about momentarily...
You see, when Barack Obama officially entered the office of President, he became, in essence, a "pretender to the throne." According to the Constitution, only a "natural born citizen" can occupy the presidency.
Even though he was sworn in on January 20, 2009, Barack Obama is not legally the President of the United States, unless he can prove that he is a "natural born citizen."
What's more, every action taken by him while he occupies the White House may be invalid. If he cannot legally be President, every law passed by Congress will be null and void because the Constitution clearly requires that all laws be signed by the President ... and, without a legally elected and sworn in President in office, that becomes an impossibility.
Quite frankly, this crisis must be ended! And it must be ended now!
And that's just what we're fighting to do. The United States Justice Foundation is spearheading a campaign to protect the United States Constitution ... and your liberty.
We have to press our case to stop Barack Obama from, apparently, illegally holding the Presidency, despite the ongoing threats against us. We are speaking of filing additional lawsuits and administrative actions, over and above the dozens already filed, if you will help us today.

President Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with one man even filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud, and now a citizen grand jury in Georgia has indicted the sitting president.
The indictment delivered to state and federal prosecutors yesterday is one of the developments in the dispute over Obama's eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.
Orly Taitz, a California attorney working on several of the civil actions, also announced she has filed another Quo Warranto case in the District of Columbia, where, she told WND, the statutes acknowledge that procedure.
The Quo Warranto claim essentially calls on Obama to explain by what authority he has assumed the power of the presidency.
Georgia resident Carl Swensson, whose work is detailed on his Rise up for America website, told WND he got tired of the issues over Obama's eligibility, as well as his performance in office.
"I took it upon myself to find as many patriots as I could across the state, for the purpose of seating 25 for a grand jury," he said.
Over the weekend the jurors took sworn testimony from several sources, including Taitz, and then generated an indictment that later was forwarded to the U.S. attorney, the state attorney general and others in law enforcement across the state.
Swensson cites on his website as authority for the grand jury the Magna Carta, the bill of rights that formed the foundation of British common law on which U.S. law is based.
He said the members were chosen, sworn in and observed all of the rules of procedure. Swensson declined to elaborate on the specific allegations about Obama, telling WND that remains confidential at this point because of the possibility of a prosecution.
However, the website explanation of the procedure includes some intimidating language.
"If the government does not amend the error within 40 days after being shown the error, then the four members shall refer the matter to the remainder of the grand jury," it says. "The grand jury may distrain and oppress the government in every way in their power, namely, by taking the homes, lands, possessions, and any way else they can until amends shall have been made according to the sole judgment of the grand jury."
Swensson said the indictments were delivered to the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, state officials and leaders of the Georgia Senate and House.
He told WND that since the action in Georgia, he's been contacted by groups in at least 20 other states who want to pursue a similar action.
Meanwhile, Taitz told WND she has forwarded to U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor in Washington, D.C., a request for the U.S. to relate Quo Warranto "on Barack Hussein Obama, II to test his title to president."
Named as plaintiffs in the action are nine military or legislative leaders, including Allen C. James, currently on active duty in the U.S. Army in Iraq. Others include several retired military leaders as well as elected state representatives.
"Relators request that as U.S. Attorney, you institute a Quo Warranto proceeding against Obama under DC Code § 16-3502, and demand that Obama show clear title, proving, with clear and convincing evidence, that he had qualified as president elect," Taitz told Taylor.
"By each relator's constitutional oath of office, and interest above other citizens and taxpayers, relators submit that they have standing," Taitz wrote.
"In arguendo of Respondent Obama's burden of proof, motions are submitted requesting mandamus on Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle for evidence, and on Sec. State Hillary Rodham Clinton for evidence and to request evidence from Britain and the Republics of Kenya, Indonesia and Pakistan," Taitz said.

She told WND the case was filed in the District of Columbia because the district recognizes the procedure. Taitz, who is working on her cases through the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, cites a legal right established in British common law nearly 800 years ago and recognized by the U.S. Founding Fathers to demand documentation that may prove – or disprove – Obama's eligibility to be president.
She previously submitted a similar case to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.
The legal phrase essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as president. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto "affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents."
John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, said the demand is a legitimate course of action.
"She basically is asking, 'By what authority' is Obama president," he told WND. "In other words, 'I want you to tell me by what authority. I don't really think you should hold the office.'
"She probably has some very good arguments to make," Eidsmoe said.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.
Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Several of the civil cases already have involved emergency appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court in which justices have declined even to hear arguments.
Eidsmoe said it's clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents, "he does not want the public to know."
What else could be the reason for his hiring law firms across the nation to fight any request for information as basic as his Occidental College records from the early 1980s, he asked.
According to the online Constitution.org resource: "The common law writ of quo warranto has been suppressed at the federal level in the United States, and deprecated at the state level, but remains a right under the Ninth Amendment which was understood and presumed by the Founders, and which affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents."
According to author Chester Antieau in his "The Practice of Extraordinary Remedies," Quo Warranto is one of the oldest rights in common law.
"The earliest case on record appears in the 9th year of Richard I, 1198," he wrote. "The statute of 9 Anne c. 20 in 1710 authorized a proper officer of a court, with leave of the court, to exhibit an information in the nature of quo warranto, at the 'relation' of any person desiring to prosecute the same – to be called the relator. Early American statutes were modeled after the Statute of Anne and, indeed, the statute has often been ruled to be part of the common law we inherited from England."
Antieau noted the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled, "Quo warranto is addressed to preventing a continued exercise of authority unlawfully asserted, rather than to correct what has already been done. ..."
Its first recognized purpose, he said, is "to determine the title of persons claiming possession of public offices and to oust them if they are found to be usurpers."
Among those who are subject to its demands, under court precedent, are chief executives in other U.S. governmental positions, including governors and sheriffs.
As WND has reported on several occasions, none of the so-called "evidence" of Obama's constitutional eligibility produced thus far is beyond reasonable doubt nor as iron-clad as simply producing an authentic birth certificate, something Americans are required to do regularly but the president still refuses to do.
Adding fuel to the fire is Obama's persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers. While his supporters cite an online version of a "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.
As Jerome Corsi, WND senior staff writer, explained, "The main reason doubts persist regarding Obama's birth certificate is this question: If an original Hawaii-doctor-generated and Hawaii-hospital-released Obama birth certificate exists, why wouldn't the senator and his campaign simply order the document released and end the controversy?
"That Obama has not ordered Hawaii officials to release the document," Corsi writes, "leaves doubts as to whether an authentic Hawaii birth certificate exists for Obama."
Obama officials repeatedly have declined comment, relenting only one time to call such allegations "garbage."
WND also has reported that Taitz' appeals have been submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Justice Department, where officials confirmed they received the paperwork.
WND reported earlier on a proposal by U.S. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., and the criticism he's taking for suggesting that the issue be avoided in the future by having presidential candidates supply their birth certificate.
Accessing healthcare information
Many researchers are obviously cowed by HIPAA, thinking it is a closed door. Having worked on implementing HIPAA, I understand that this act is just a set of regulations like other government regulations. Unfortunately, there is no relief from onerous record keeping, although that seems to be the motivation for enacting new rules. But there are bypasses, escape hatches, avenues of access, and ways to get data in an emergency.
Healthcare providers may disclose personal health information for, among other reasons, the following:
- Responding to court orders;
- National security matters;
- Law enforcement;
- Judicial or administrative proceedings;
- Military activities, as in giving information to the Dept. of Defense;
- Coordination of care with the DoD, including electronic information exchange.
Hospitals do not have the ability to restrict DoD's access to patient information in its database, even if asked to do so by the patient.

New Line of Attack-State/National Guard Quo Warranto

As I finally have a new blog, new home free of all the Obama thugs, I can finally launch a new line of attack, that got delayed by two weeks because of the blog problems. I am sending today Matthew Michael Edwards v Obama Quo Warranto to the Attorney General of Wyoming and Governor of Wyoming.
I will explain in simple terms, what I am doing. Quo warranto, as I explained previously is a cause of action that is usually filed by the government against one holding a position in the government, whereby he is required to prove that he is eligible for the position. The first Quo Warranto I served on Attorney General Eric Holder, second on US attorney for the District of Columbia Jeffrey Taylor. This third one I am filing on behalf on my client Matt Edwards, active National Guardsman in Wyoming.
What most people don’t understand is that Quo Warranto can be not only federal, but also state. Each governor of a state is in charge of it’s National Guard, however in the military theatre in Iraq and Afghanistan all the National guards are under orders of commander in Chief or greatly influenced by the orders of Commander in Chief. Their lives are dependent on the decisions of the Commander in Chief. In this Quo Warranto on behalf of my client, Wyoming Guardsman Matthew Michael Edwards I demand that the Governor and the Attorney General of Wyoming institute proper Quo Warranto action to verify Obama’s eligibility to serve as Commander in Chief, due to the fact that he is not a Natural born citizen and never qualified to be the President and Commander in chief.

lawful conservatives vs liberals, et al
The observations are obvious:
Liberals, socialists, communists, fascists are destructive and deadly in their approach to world domination. Get used to the idea. That's what they want, and that's what they do. Read your history. They tear down and destroy. That's exactly why we DON'T want them controlling our country. There is nothing positive about these guys - they do bad things. Always.
I was at a patriotic rally put on by the Committees of Safety (http://www.committeesofsafety.org/) and the Oath Keepers (http://oath-keepers.blogspot.com/) in Lexington yesterday, and there was no violence. There was discussion about lawful conformance with, and support of, our Constitution and our nation's laws by our military, our government employees and our elected officials. There were many military and former military at the rally, including many wounded warriors. We openly and publicly re-swore our own personal oath to defend and protect our Constitution and our country. When we were done, there was no trash to pick up - we had policed our own area. When we were done, there was merely our collective determination that we would help save and rebuild our wonderful country.
Have you EVER seen a liberal, socialist, communist, or fascist rally that ended like that? Have you EVER seen a rally put on by these thugs which talked about building or protecting anything? Never. It's always about destruction and 'change.' This is who they are, and we stupidly elected them to run our country. WTH were we thinking?
We will have much work to do, and a lot to pick up after these thugs leave office. Yes, just as we had to do when the Clintons left office - only worse.
Hopefully not too many more of our patriots will have to die to get rid of them. I am really sad to learn about Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., as he was obviously an honorable and lawful man. I'm concerned that our 'enemies within' will cause more deaths like Harris' to occur. Any police officer or any of our military personnel who upholds his oath to support the laws of our land will be a target, and for Americans everywhere, he will be risking his life, his family's safety, and his worldly possessions.
Thank God people like our military and our law enforcement personnel are largely on our side in this conflict. I'm concerned this will get really ugly before it gets better.
King George and his loyalists just aren't listening. And we will experience ongoing conflict until this matter is settled.
