Robert D. Douglas' sworn affidavit, page 1, about seeing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder across the street from the Federal Courthouse in Columbus, Georgia, only minutes before the courthouse opened for the beginning of the Maj. Cook v. Col. Good et al trial. This implies the potential for an unlawful ex parte communication with Judge Clay Land, to influence a case that might implicate AG Holder's boss, Mr. Obama.Quote:

In the courtroom along with maybe a couple of dozen other people, I did not see U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder. Neither did I see him at 9:15 AM, before the preliminary hearing, while I was standing in front of the Black Cow coffee shop explaining the case to a cameraman. But I wouldn't have recognized AG Holder then if I had seen him. He was not on my DOJ Watch List a year ago.
The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer has scrubbed its article from a year ago; here is a repost from The ABA Journal.
[quote="The ABA Journal"][size=117]In an affidavit Taitz filed yesterday in support of the recusal motion, Robert Douglas of Alma, Ga., contends that he [and his wife and two companions] saw U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder one day in July [7/16/09], as Douglas was waiting in a coffeeshop for the 12th Street federal courthouse in Columbus, Ga., to open. Douglas was there to attend a hearing in a case involving Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, who was then seeking conscientious objector status [NOT!] in a case before Land, the [Columbus Ledger-Enquirer] recounts.
