The Government and Government interference helped cause this problem and only getting the government out of the way will we start to see our way out of this. Start off by throwing Sen. Dodd, & Rep. Frank in jail for their hand in what they have caused. Sen. Shumer should be removed from office for causing a run on IndyMac Bank by saying that there wasn't enough money in the bank to keep it solvent. Well there wasn't after he said that.
Second. Repeal the laws that Carter signed forcing banks to loan money to people that cannot reasonably pay it back. Repeal the laws that Clinton signed that increased the same bad policy.
Third. Repeal the Federal Reserve Act.
Fourth. Outlaw fractional reserve banking. For those who don't know that is where a bank receives a deposit of $10,000. It keeps $3,000 on hand and loans out $7,000. That $7,000 gets deposited at another bank and they keep $2,100 on hand and loan out $4,900. The $4,900 gets deposited at another bank and they keep $1,470 on hand. They then it turn loan out the $3,430. You see the pattern. Every time they "loan" more money, more money is "created". Now supply and demand take over. The more money in the market place the less it is worth. Now it takes more money to buy the same commodity.
Fifth. Repeal the 16th amendment and pass the Fair Tax (
www.fairtax.org).
Sixth. Clarify the 14th amendment to state that in order to be a citizen you must be born on US soil to individuals that are in the country legally. Also add clarification to the Natural Born Citizen that it makes it plain that you must be born on US Soil to two US citizens (naturalized or Natural Born).
Seventh. Remove funding of schooling, welfare, food stamps, housing and non-emergency health care to non-citizens.
Eighth. Open up the OCS, ANWAR, and the oil shale in the mid-west. This will bring in more money to the treasury as the majority of these areas are federally protected lands that must be leased from the government to allow them to extract the resources from the ground.
These are simple things to get started but not the end all be all of answers.

The government decided to give him money to fix the toenail, but he pocketed the money instead.
Yes, but instead of going to a surgeon to perform the amputation You want to go to the local ditch digger to amputate (nothing against a ditch digger I just wouldn't want them cutting my foot off much less my whole leg)

You aren't listening in the right places. I cannot stand the SS system. I would love to have the money that I have been stolen from and invested in this Ponzi scheme. That ain't an option for anyone at this juncture.
But with all of this, we digress from the issue at hand. If Obama isn't a NBC, then even if he were to implement the 8 steps above, none of them that he actively signs into law will be effectual and enforceable BECAUSE HE ISN"T THE PRESIDENT. He is the usurper. Can you only imagine the problems that will be born the instant his secret is brought into the light. Every nomination is now void and there are no cabinet heads. Every action that the cabinet heads have caused will be null and void. Even the Sec. of Treas. who has ultimate power to spend the TARP money. How do you unspend that money? Every Executive order he has signed is now void and will have to be readdressed. Every bill that he has signed or vetoed will have to be re-passed by the Congress and then signed by the 44th President of the US, Pres. Biden. I will stand up and salute Pres. Biden and then fight him tooth and nail on all of his ultra-liberal ideas that he puts forward. It is this last paragraph that sums up why there are almost 30 pages of posts on this thread. Dr. Edwin Viera said it much better at
http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin84.htm. If after reading his article you still aren't convinced that this isn't a waste of everybody's time, then let us waste our time in peace and you read other treads that are more in line with highly visible illegal immigration issues.
