The ginkgo biloba tree, one of the oldest tree species on Earth, harbors a medicinal compound that can help the body dissolve micro clots. This herb is more important now than ever before because it could help undo cardiovascular damage caused by the mRNA transcription of spike proteins from the COVID-19 vaccines. The leaves of the ginkgo biloba tree possess fibrinolytic properties (the ability to dissolve blood clots). These clot-busting compounds include diterpene terpenoids, notably ginkgolides and bilobalide. Due to its fibrinolytic properties, ginkgo supplements are often used to improve blood flow to the brain, increase memory retention, and improve cognitive function. Today, this compound could be used to combat the influx of cardiovascular issues caused by lab engineered spike proteins.
Ginkgo biloba may be valuable for addressing the vaccine injury crisis
The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein has been linked to the formation of micro clots and subsequent fibrosis, especially in vaccinated individuals whose immune systems cannot clear the spike protein. Cardiovascular patients who suffer from “long covid” often deal with blood clots and inflammation of the endothelial cells. Ginkgo can improve these conditions by dealing with inflammation of the inner lining of the blood vessels and by activating plasminogen.
Beyond its direct impact on clotting mechanisms, Ginkgo biloba has shown promise in alleviating the neurological symptoms associated with vaccine injuries and long COVID. Its neuroprotective properties, including anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects, suggest broader therapeutic potential in managing the multi-systemic impacts of the disease.
Moreover, research indicates that Ginkgo biloba may interfere with viral replication and inhibit inflammatory pathways associated with severe COVID-19 outcomes. In an enzymatic inhibition assay, researchers found that ginkgolide A can act as an irreversible inhibitor against SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease. This dual-action approach — addressing both viral replication and vascular inflammation of the disease — positions Ginkgo biloba as a compelling candidate for integrative strategies for the management of vaccine injuries.
Ginkgo also contains flavonoids like quercetin, kaempferol, and isorhamnetin, which protect the cells from further spike protein damage, oxidation, and inflammation. In one study, kaempferol improves the recovery of cardiac function, reduces intracellular oxidation status and Myocardial Ischemia and inhibits myocardial apoptosis.
In another study, ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) influences the renin-angiotensin system and modulates inflammatory responses in cardiac cells via the TLR4/NF-?B pathway.
Most importantly, ginkgo biloba is a plasminogen activator. This process activates the body’s ability to break down clots. Ginkgo enhances endothelial cell function by stimulating the secretion of thrombomodulin and tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), which are pivotal in clot breakdown and regulation of the coagulation cascade. These mechanisms not only support its role as a natural antithrombotic agent but also highlight its potential in preventing and treating conditions exacerbated by clotting disorders, such as those induced by the vaccine.
Due to these actions, ginkgo helps address other conditions, including:
- Anxiety and Stress Relief: Ginkgo biloba has been shown to have a calming effect on the nervous system, making it a potential natural remedy for anxiety and stress relief.
- Glaucoma Treatment: Ginkgo biloba may help reduce the risk of glaucoma, a condition that can cause vision loss, by improving blood flow to the eyes.
- Neuroprotection: Ginkgo biloba may help protect the brain from damage caused by free radicals and oxidative stress, which can contribute to neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Huntington’s.
- Tinnitus Relief: Ginkgo biloba has been used to treat tinnitus, a condition characterized by ringing or other sounds in the ears.
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s Prevention: Ginkgo biloba may help prevent or slow the progression of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease by improving blood flow to the brain.
- High Altitude Sickness Prevention: Ginkgo biloba has been studied as a potential natural remedy for preventing high altitude sickness, although more research is needed to confirm its effectiveness.
- Leg Pain Relief: Ginkgo biloba may help relieve leg pain caused by clogged arteries or poor circulation.
- Vascular Dementia Treatment: Ginkgo biloba may help treat vascular dementia; a condition caused by reduced blood flow to the brain, a medical problem affecting the current U.S. President and members of Congress.

Emergency preparedness: How to survive a nuclear attack

Nuclear attacks may sound far-fetched, but preppers understand that they need to prepare for the worst. After all, nuclear attacks don't seem that unlikely if you've been monitoring the news and are worried about the still ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
And with political leaders around the world making nuclear threats, it’s worth thinking about preparing for a nuclear attack, even if it never ever happens. (h/t to MyPatriotSupply.com)
Monitor recent talk of nuclear threats
The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) has warned that "regional tensions, the proliferation of nuclear weapons and materials to make them – along with terrorism and new technologies – mean the risk of a nuclear weapon or device being used is rising."
The NTI also said that governments’ ability to "manage increasingly complex global security risks is eroding."
As of 2022, there are 13,100 nuclear weapons in the world held in at least nine countries. If one of these nuclear weapons is accidentally or purposely used, it would cause serious devastation.
Nuclear weapons are the most dangerous weapons on earth and while they haven’t been used in warfare since 1945, political leaders are mentioning nuclear weapons more.
The United Nations (UN) has also warned that nuclear war is "back within the realm of possibility" after Russia made it known that its nuclear forces were on alert amid the ongoing war with Ukraine.
Discuss the emergency plans with your family
Before SHTF, talk to your family about a possible nuclear attack.
Here are some important points to discuss with them:
Get inside
If there is a threat of nuclear attack, get inside. It's best to get as much distance between you and the fallout particles as possible.
This means going to a fallout shelter, underground, or a basement area if possible.
If you can’t go below, head to interiors with heavier and thicker materials, such as buildings made of concrete or bricks. Turn off appliances that allow in the air from outside, such as air conditioners and fireplaces.
Stay inside
Everyone must stay inside during the attack and for at least 24 hours after, but it could be significantly longer.
Radioactive materials grow weaker over time and you should stay inside until the levels aren’t as dangerous. If they are not at home, this also means leaving your children at school or daycare until it is safe.
Monitor the news
While you are waiting inside a safe location, use your emergency weather radio to listen for updates on what is happening outside your home. (Related: Understanding different types of emergencies and how to prepare for them.)
Essential supplies for surviving a nuclear attack
Just like when you are preparing for other types of emergencies, you need a stockpile of supplies for your family. This is crucial if plan on bugging in or waiting at home until it is safe to go outside.
According to the American Red Cross, staying inside for at least 24 hours can protect you and your family until it is safe to go outside. However, due to factors like your location and the source of the radiation, "local officials may advise to shelter in place for as long as a month."
This means you will need enough emergency supplies to shelter in place for one more or even longer, depending on the situation.
Before SHTF, stock up on long-term emergency food. Securely packaged emergency food, such as canned food or freeze-dried food will be safe to eat following a nuclear attack and can be cooked and rehydrated using water.
You should also invest in a home water filtration system. If a nuclear attack affects the municipal water supply, this ensures that your family still has safe drinking water, along with enough water for cooking and cleaning.
Other essentials include a first aid kit, along with any medication for family members with health conditions such as asthma or diabetes.
Lastly, you will need a way to stay tuned to the outside world. Invest in a solar-powered radio and charger.

Natural Home Remedies for Knee Pain – An Ultimate Checklist
The knee is the biggest joint of the body. So, experiencing pain after a workout or a sudden twitch of the muscles in the knee can cause you to go about your day in total discomfort.
Here are some natural home remedies for knee pain you can try right away.
Reasons for knee pain
https://www.shtfdad.com/wp-content/u...-knee.jpg.webp
Knee soreness can last a few hours or in certain situations, it can last even a couple of days.
Are your knees in pain often? Find out why. The pain could be of different intensities, depending on the reason behind it.
For example, if it is caused by a resurfacing of an injury that you incurred a long time ago, it would be relatively mild and not as intense as the first experience.
For an ache that is caused by an aftereffect of a serious workout, the pain could also be mild. Pain after a workout can last a couple of days, then suddenly disappear with no treatment necessary.
One of the other major reasons for irritation in the knee area is the lack of minerals like calcium, iron, and vitamin D. Vitamin D is very important because it is the mineral responsible for facilitating optimum health in your bones.
A key symptom to take note of if you are lacking vitamin D is that you will experience a dull pain in not only your knees but other joints as well. You can avoid enduring this suffering by introducing foods rich in vitamins and calcium in your diet.
Here are some home remedies to try in case you are experiencing a minor injury on your knee;
Knee Pain Natural Remedies
Use cold for knee pain
This type of treatment should be tried in case you are having an injury due to trauma or because of sports.
You should apply cold compresses on the affected area during the first forty eight hours after you first noticed the irritation in your knee. Do this treatment at least three times every day.
The main purpose behind this practice is to reduce the swelling in the joint.
Use heat for knee pain
Just as cold helps with knee pain, heat is also helpful in reducing discomfort.
You can place a hot water bag on your knee for 10-15 minutes for at least 2-3 times a day to reduce knee aching.
Try natural painkillers
You will be surprised to know that some of the items you have in your kitchen cabinet have some healing properties that can reduce knee pain.
The common ingredients you use to cook have components that can help relieve you from your suffering. Consuming foods like flax seeds, sesame seeds and even walnuts that are rich in calcium will help in bone health and will benefit your joints.
Another common ingredient you are very familiar with is turmeric. This can be used as an antiseptic. When you mix turmeric with warm milk, the mixture formed can be used to facilitate the healing process of your knee joint.
If your aching is caused by the season change, i.e. winter, then you can get fenugreek seeds, soak them overnight and consume the grains to relieve your pain.
Use physical exercise to strengthen your joints
Physical exercise is the best natural remedy to get rid of knee pain. It offers support to joints and strengthens your muscles.
There are several ways to exercise for joint health:
- walking
- cycling
- going up and down steps
- calf raises
- wall squats
Remember to start and end your exercise with a good stretch.
Keep a healthy weight
Many times weight gain can cause knee pain because it stresses the joints. Keep a healthy weight by adopting a healthy diet that includes lots of fiber and vegetables.
Drinks plenty of water between meals.
Exercise daily to burn calories and maintain a healthy weight.
As you can see, not every minor issue requires a doctor’s appointment: first, try one of these natural home remedies for knee pain. But if your pain persists, seek medical attention, rather than wait until you damage it worse.
