We keep hearing that it takes 60 votes in Senate to do this and that, and the Democrats even in the minority seem to always be able to stop the so-called winners in their tracks. How is that?
And what about the "Nuclear Option?" Why is that the Democrats can change Senate rules but the Republicans cannot do the same thing to get their agenda items passed?
