THE WOODLANDS – The man who allegedly caused the death of a Conroe man early Thursday morning is in jail on an intoxication manslaughter charge and is being kept there by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Houston resident Miguel Laynes Rojas, 33, was charged with the second-degree felony after he pulled out in front of 26-year-old Adam Grant Landrum along the Interstate 45 feeder road about one mile south of Oak Ridge North, according Texas Department of Public Safety officials.
