Vigil To Honor Amy Kortlang and the Victims of Illegal Alien
We Will honorAmy Kortlang and the hundreds of other victims of illegal aliens in San Diego County who are no longer with us because our government refuses to secure our borders and enforce immigration laws to protect U.S. Citizens.
Forward this to all your friends and family. See you there!
We have absolutely had it with having our citizens paying the human cost for our broken borders and illegal immigration.
According to government statistics, illegal invaders kill 25 Americans every day!
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/artic ... E_ID=53103
As part of a national campaign to bring awareness to this outrage, the FIRE Coalition is holding a vigil service here in San Diego with our fellow patriotic organizations to memorialize the victims of illegal immigration.
This will be a somber event where we take time out to remember why we are really in this fight, for our families, our friends and for our neighbors.
We are going to keep pounding on this issue over and over and over again until we see the justice we deserve.
Please make every effort to join us!

Message from Amy's Mother:
This is Melanie Kortlang, mother of Amy Kortlang who was killed by an illegal alien, drunk driver, with 4 prior DUI convictions, Formally Deported in March of this year. The SOB came back only to kill my Angel on Oct 9th. Tomorrow it will be 7 weeks since her tragic taking. The alien also hit two other cars before slamming head -on into Amy and pushing her car more than 200 ft back and up an embankment. It was very violent and then the SOB took off and left the scene, caught 3 hrs later up the road about 2 miles rom the crash site. I have been trying to stay strong and doing a lot of public speaking to media and any and all who will listen. This murder was up in Ramona on the highway 67. I have been trying to get some support for a rally up in Ramona because the asshole that did this was driving a company truck and he was hired by the idiot, Mark Kackstetter, owner of MK Concrete in Ramona.
I have the CHP report with his statement admitting to hiring the illegal. I am wondering if it is possible for you to help me get a rally going up there. I am not having any success with getting one up here. I live in East County I am in County territory and the Lemon Grove Home Depot is just full of illegals and I call the Sheriff on them and take pics myself of them. I was told by a couple officers that they have been getting negative calls for trying to keep the illegals out of there so I am
also asking for support for the work they do do to clean it up over there. Anyways, my biggest favor is to ask for your help with getting something going up in Ramona. It is my mission in life now to tell the world about my Angel and to Wake Up America to this invasion. I am sick to death of it and will fight for my Country in any way I can. I would appreciate it so much. Thank you,,, Melanie Kortlang An
Outraged Mother,,,,

ILLEGAL ALIEN DRUNK DRIVER KILLS UNITED STATES MARINE
ILLEGAL ALIEN DRUNK DRIVER KILLS UNITED STATES MARINE
HOWARD COUNTY
Crash Suspect Had Feb. Charge
Police Faulted After Earlier Drunken Driving Case Dropped
By Amit R. Paley
Washington Post Staff Writer
Thursday, November 30, 2006; Page B03
The man accused of killing a Marine in a drunken driving accident on Thanksgiving was charged with drunken driving earlier this year, but the case was dropped because Howard County police did not collect enough evidence, prosecutors said yesterday.
Prosecutors also said a police blunder allowed the man, Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano, 25, of Laurel, to keep his driver's license after the Feb. 5 incident, although it should have been suspended immediately after he refused to take a breath test.
Police have opened an internal investigation to review the performance of the officers involved and determine whether they could have built a stronger case, said police spokeswoman Sherry Llewellyn. She declined to comment further.
Federal authorities determined yesterday that Morales-Soriano was an illegal immigrant from Mexico and filed papers to begin deportation proceedings, said James Dinkins, acting special agent in charge of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Baltimore office.
Morales-Soriano was charged last week in the deaths of Marine Cpl. Brian Mathews, a 21-year-old Columbia native who spent eight months in Iraq, and Mathews's date, Jennifer Bower, 24, of Montgomery Village. Police said Morales-Soriano's blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit when he slammed into the back of the car carrying the couple.
Morales-Soriano's February charge was first reported yesterday in the Baltimore Sun.
Authorities have alleged that Morales-Soriano was intoxicated the night of Feb. 5. Police smelled alcohol on his breath and saw three beer cans in his vehicle, said Howard County State's Attorney Timothy J. McCrone. He said Morales-Soriano lost his balance as officers asked him to begin a field sobriety test.
But for undetermined reasons, the officers stopped him from completing the test, McCrone said. "I don't know what was on the mind of the officers at the time," he said. "It certainly helps prove the case if you have field sobriety exercises."
Morales-Soriano then refused to take a breath test, which should have led to the suspension of his license for 120 days. But the police accidentally gave Morales-Soriano all the copies of the form that was supposed to have been sent to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to begin the suspension, McCrone said.
"The information was never transmitted to the MVA," said Buel Young, an agency spokesman. "We have no idea of knowing he is even stopped unless the police tell us."
Morales-Soriano, a landscaper, moved to Maryland about a year ago from North Carolina, according to court and state records. A woman who answered the phone at his home yesterday said the family would not comment.
Although police charged him in February with four counts related to drunken driving, the case was dropped in April after prosecutors determined that they could not obtain a conviction. There were no witnesses who saw him driving drunk, no field sobriety test and no form showing that he had refused a breath test, McCrone said.
"We need evidence to prove our cases," he said. "We didn't have it."
