Defamation League,

Thank you for your recent hit piece on our organization Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC). It is always amusing to see an organization called the "Anti-Defamation League" engage in the kind of defamation you supposedly oppose. Go figure.

However, we strongly protest your anti-immigrant and anti-Hispanic methods. Excluding immigrants and Hispanics from your reports and silencing their voices from our events is an omission lie and insulting to immigrants and Hispanics alike. The ADL should consider the ramifications of excluding Hispanics and legal immigrants.

While we want your anti-Hispanic and anti-immigrant behavior to end, we do appreciate you promoting our California events and our new website End Illegal Immigration. I got a good laugh out of how you tried to make it sound like ALIPAC is trying to become a national group, when we have been a national organization with donors from all 50 states for over four years now. Very comedic!

We do have a few small requests, since you folks just can't seem to be accurate.

One, we are not affiliated with FAIR and never have been.

Two, when you are busy defaming ALIPAC as "xenophobic anti-immigrant" could you be so kind as to include the Hispanic and legal immigrant leaders who we work with?

You had nasty and false things to say about so many of the group leaders we worked with during our recent California events. You attacked Chris Simcox (MCDC), Diana Hull (CAPS), Barbara Coe (CCIR), Chelene Nightingale (SOS), Jeff Schwilk (SDMM), and Los Angeles activist Ted Hayes.

Each of the leaders you attacked are American born! Each, with exception of Ted Hayes, are Americans of European descent!

Not only are you defaming me and ALIPAC, you are doing so with overt concealment of the truth.

You are aware, as are many others, who look at the videos, press releases and e-mail alerts about our California events that we worked with Lupe Moreno of LAIR, as well. She is Hispanic, as is our legal immigrant friend Tony Dolz. And don't forget Bhattacharjie, the organizer of our luncheon who is a legal immigrant from China.

I guess we can understand why you wanted to exclude Lupe, Tony, and Gwat from your defamation hit piece on ALIPAC. If you included our legal immigrants, Hispanic, and Asian supporters who overtly helped organize these events and served as key speakers, then your whole lie about us being "anti-immigrant and xenophobic" falls apart doesn't it?

I'm no attorney, but I wish an attorney would tell me if I can sue the Anti-Defamation League for Defamation.

I hope everyone at the ADL is aware that you are willfully engaging in this unscrupulous, deceptive, and destructive behavior. Do the people who fund the ADL know that you are doing this?

Thanks to talk radio and the Internet, each time the ADL does something like this, more people will become aware of your distortions of the truth and it will cost you needed credibility to fight true defamation.

Furthermore, the kind of lies you are propagating are harmful to the political process and harmful to America. In fact, I feel your actions are not only un-American but anti-American because the America I believe in, values principles and the truth.

You should adequately describe our interactions with FAIR, which is basically one event that we attended that FAIR participated in, at our own expense, in 2007 called Hold Their Feet To The Fire, which actually belongs to national radio show host Roger Hedgecock.

You should also include the Hispanics, Asians and legal immigrants who prominently organize, promote, and speak out with ALIPAC, when you float your ludicrous claims we are "xenophobic" and "anti-immigrant."

I hope there is a way that your financial supporters will learn the truth that the ADL is engaging in both Defamation and attacks on events and groups that are conducted by Hispanics and immigrants. I'm sure your donors would not be happy to learn the ADL is engaging in defamation, and anti-immigrant and anti-Hispanic activities.

I also want you to know, while I was in California last week, Ted Hayes and I were laughing about how you attack us using a picture of me with Ted Hayes (who is black) and Rosanna Pulido (who is Hispanic)! If Ted, Rosanna and I are the new faces of the KKK, then you folks have a real problem! Even though you have tried to blur the photo, you can still tell it is Ted Hayes and you can still tell he is black in the picture so could you please remove the doctored image and use the real one?

You folks at the ADL can keep on lying if you like, but each time you do you will lose support and ALIPAC will grow stronger because you make it very easy for us to illustrate and prove that you are engaging in deception, which Americans of every race and nation of origin find immoral and quite fraudulent for a group with the stated mission of the Anti-Defamation League.
