Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is issuing the following response to the news John Binder reported in Breitbart:
Quote:
President Trump told mainstream media reporters on Wednesday that he was open to breaking his immigration commitment by giving a pathway to U.S. citizenship to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by the President Obama-created Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
In statements outside the White House, Trump told the Associated Press (AP) that he would be open to giving U.S. citizenship to DACA illegal aliens, saying “It’s going to happen.”

William Gheen, President of ALIPAC responded:
"We, the people of America, stopped Bush and Obama from passing Amnesty for illegal aliens. We can stop Trump too! We didn't elect Trump to give citizenship to illegal aliens! He promised to end DACA, not make it law. Trump promised that DACA Dreamer illegals had to go home as our current laws and Constitution require! Trump needs to abandon his push for Amnesty and return to his campaign promises, and explain why illegal immigrants are being flown in commercial jets at taxpayer expense and menacing U.S. Senators in their offices and homes with no fear of our laws."
ALIPAC supports the existing immigration and border laws of the United States and opposes any form of Amnesty and citizenship for illegal immigrants which would further compromise our laws, lead to more lost jobs and taxpayer resources, and more American crime victims and murders.
ALIPAC contends that DACA or Dreamer Amnesty would give Democrats enough new voters to take complete and permanent control of all U.S. elections, laws, and branches of government less than a decade after any President signed such a law.
