Friends of ALIPAC,

Let us state once again for those few people who have sent us hostile e-mails, launching the Draft Lou Dobbs site cannot hurt any existing GOP or Democratic candidate for President because no funds are being collected at this time and no votes will be diverted elsewhere. Even if Mr. Dobbs announced today he would run, he would not be on any primary ballots.

The great news is that the new website http://LouDobbsforPresident.org has received over $200,000 in pledges of support in the first 24 hours! Over 1,200 volunteers and contributors have signed up already!

For those of you who have some doubts about how people feel about a run from Mr. Dobbs, please take the time to read the Guest Book on the site. It is very heart warming to see how so many sincere people in our movement feel about a potential run by Lou Dobbs.

We have received a new infusion of support at ALIPAC with over 100 new people signing up for our alerts in the last 24 hours. The Dobbs project is pulling in new supporters from across the nation.

Below, we have a list of national media coverage of our efforts. We are also doing 8 talk radio shows that have inquired about this effort.

If you have not stopped by the site yet to register your support for a Lou Dobbs for President campaign, IF YOUR FAVORITE CANDIDATE DOES NOT WIN THE GOP OR DEMOCRATIC primaries, please sign up today!

We forgot to include the link to our announcement Press Release yesterday, please help us by posting links and e-mail copies to all of your favorite news outlets.
