With the elections quickly approaching, it is clear from a birds eye view that our side now has the momentum and the upper hand in the battle to have our border secured and our existing immigration laws enforced.

Many new supporters have recently joined us responding to our presence on talk radio shows and our focus campaigns. More towns and cities are passing ordinances to enforce the law with our help. The opposition forces are stretched thin and are running to their corporate sponsors to save them.

We are about to turn all available resources into the campaigns. This is a battle we must win.

The Extradition of Duane Dog Chapman aka Dog The Bounty Hunter

Friends, I we must emphasize a detail in this saga that every American that cares about our rights and our national sovereignty should be concerned about. If we have any legal eagles on this list, please let us know if this is historic. Please let us know when the US Government has ever argued that an American citizen's Constitutional rights be suspended because they are in an international legal proceeding.

Dog Chapman and his sons have been granted bail, but our efforts must continue to free him from these charges.

"At an arraignment hearing yesterday afternoon, Assistant U.S. Attorney Ronald Johnson argued that the defendants should remain in custody until their extradition hearing, which has yet to be scheduled, explaining that since this is an international case, "there is no constitutional right to bail. There is a presumption against bail.""
