Thread: ALIPAC Must Remain In Crisis Mode Due To Low Funds

Friends of ALIPAC,

Unfortunately we cannot emerge from emergency mode this week and return to our candidate support operations because our funds are too low.

Special thanks to each of you who did chip in over the last few days to help us afford postage for letters to our supporters. These letters are being prepared now and we hope our past donors will respond.

As of today we have raised $6,400 of the 30k we must raise to complete our candidate operations and fund ALIPAC into 2013.

AT THE TIME OF THIS EMAIL, ALIPAC DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNDS FOR OBLIGATIONS FOR OCTOBER.

At this funding level, ALIPAC will have to permanently cease operations at the end of October around October 31.

We apologize to our candidates awaiting our endorsement and support and to our volunteers out there deployed behind our 140 endorsed campaigns. We are doing all we can to try to save ALIPAC and rectify this problem and return to normal operations.
