I was calling various California state assemblymen to voice my opposition/support for the various measures here: http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=F ... ic&t=58985

I made a point of asking each assemblymen's receptionist if they seriously thought Californians were going to continue to support illegal aliens w/their tax dollars or if they were just going to leave the state. I mentioned several of my friends that have left the state because of the coddling of illegals and their effects on neighborhoods and education. It did seem to shake the receptionists up a bit when I told them people are leaving California. The last thing I said to all of them is who's going to pay to support the illegals if everyone who actually pays taxes leaves? None of them really had any responses to this.

The office of the one rep who sponsored CALIFORNIA BILL NUMBER: AB 271:

Paul J. Cook (Rep)
Assemblyman 65th district

told me the bill is, for all purposes, dead. He blamed the dems for the most part.
